I just witnessed one of the most laziest usage of an automobile while smoking a cigarette on my balcony. This chick leaves her friend’s apartment and enters her parked vehicle, only to drive about 40 yards to another parking spot in front of the nearest building. She exits the car and enters the building. Why?
